• شروط الدفع

  
   Payment confirms acceptance of all services rendered.
  – Any claims for service issues must be made within 24 hours of service completion.
  – After compensation for any damage or loss is paid, our company Viral vision holds no further liability.
  – No refunds or chargebacks are permitted once services have been delivered and acknowledged.
  – Customer acknowledges understanding and agreement to these terms upon payment.

•  RETURN POLICY

– We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product.

-Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

-We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund.

-Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

– يمتلك العملاء جميع البيانات والمحتوى الذي نقوم بإنشائه لهم، ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك كتابيًا.
جميع المواد تبقى سرية ولن يتم مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث دون إذن مسبق.

مدة المشروع

مدة العقد تحدد حسب كل مشروع على حدة.
سيتم الاتفاق على تواريخ البدء والانتهاء قبل بدء المشروع.

السرية

-We commit to protecting all client data and private business information.
-We will not disclose or use any data outside the scope of the service.

 التسليم والمسؤولية

-If we fail to deliver the agreed work, the client is entitled to compensation as per the project terms.
-All work will be completed according to agreed timelines and scope.

النزاعات

-In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve them under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
